Introducing Joanna 👋
Joanna recently celebrated 12 years at Burgh House and has become a hugely important part of the team over the years.
Starting out as a volunteer, Joanna has worked across many areas of the home including caring, cleaning, cooking and administration, giving her a fantastic understanding of day-to-day life at Burgh House and the people who make it so special.
Now our Secretary & Training Co-ordinator, Joanna plays a key role in helping ensure staff training and compliance are always kept up to date. Her hard work and dedication were recognised with a distinction in her Level 3 Business Administration qualification 👏
Friendly, hardworking and always willing to help, Joanna is a familiar face to residents, families and the wider team alike.
